These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FUDIGO mobile application and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

  • You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • To place orders, you must create an account with accurate information (e.g., name, phone number, address).

  • You agree not to impersonate others or create fake accounts.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are placed via the FUDIGO app and confirmed upon successful payment or cash-on-delivery selection.

  • Prices, taxes, and delivery fees are clearly displayed before checkout.

  • All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm).

4. Cancellations and Refunds

5. Delivery

  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the app (logos, text, images, trademarks) is the property of FUDIGO or its partners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

FUDIGO shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Food quality or safety issues, which are the sole responsibility of the restaurant

  • Service interruptions due to technical failures or third-party services

9. Privacy

By using our Services, you consent to our [Privacy Policy], which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
